Beacon Avenue Cottages

Beacon Avenue Cottages is a 40-unit, cottage-style apartment community located at the former site of the historic Simmons Furniture Factory that was once owned by Thomas Edison.  This catalytic redevelopment project provides the look and feel of living in a single-family home with the convenience of amenities found an apartment community.  Each home provides a private entrance, attached garage, fully-equipped kitchen, and a spacious floor plan.  Residents have access to an exercise room, business center, community room, and on-site laundry facilities.
