The 4-story wood construction, 174-room Courtyard Hotel by Marriott is 111,225 square-feet of hotel suites and common space areas. The venue offers guests a new, expansive lobby & bar hangout area, full dining room, fitness center, and a meeting room that can accommodate up to 514 people and is connected to the convention center. Metal panels, HardiePlank®, and an exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) were included in the installation plan.
