The 4-story, wood construction, 108-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott will be comprised of 59,000 square-feet of hotel suites and common space areas. The parking lot will be refinished and islands, sidewalks, and lighting added. A new lobby & hangout area, breakfast & dining room, expansive exercise room and indoor pool with an exterior patio will be added for guests to enjoy. Cultured stone, HardiePlank® along with an exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) are all part of the installation plan. Opening in early 2020.
