The 4-story, wood construction, 96-room Townplace Suites by Marriott is 60,000 square-feet of hotel suites and common space areas. A new, expansive lobby & hangout area, breakfast & dining room, fitness center, and beautiful patio were added for guests to utilize. Additionally, the hotel features a large indoor pool with exterior sundeck. An exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) and HardiePlank® were used in the design.
